BALLET DANCE
Ballet is an excellent way to focus on strength, technique and flexibility, students will notice how it improves posture with its core/postural strength and body awareness. Excess fat is shred and muscle tone improves, cognitive functions will be sharpened. Ballet is consistently reported to increase self confidence with personal abilities and body image.
We have the following adult ballet classes:
MIXED LEVEL BALLET CLASS - Mixed level class is suitable for beginners and those with more experience.
INTER/ADV BALLET CLASS - This class is aimed at former dance students who achieved a Grade 4/5 level and above or have 3 years dance experience and are ready for a challenge.
TAP DANCE
Truly a dance form for everyone, from pre schoolers to seniors and everyone in- between. Tap dancing is a uniquely satisfying physical and emotional release because of its ability to produce sound. Tap dance works the core for improved balance, it is portable, it is social and everyone loves to watch tap... it is a crowd pleaser every time.
We have the following adult tap classes:
BEGINNER/IMPROVER LEVEL TAP - For the absolute, never danced before beginner & improver
INTER/ADVANCED LEVEL TAP - Suitable for those with 3/4 years plus experience
